A dismissal with prejudice obtained where plaintiff failed to timely serve an Affidavit of Merit



In a construction site trench collapse case where plaintiff contractor employee sued the owner and architect for personal injury, John King obtained a dismissal with prejudice following a motion to dismiss because plaintiff failed to timely serve an Affidavit of Merit in accordance with .N.J.S.A. 2A:53A-27.
