Practice Areas: Frederick Mahar focuses his practice on the legal representation of architects, engineers, surveyors, and other construction related design professionals in the areas of Professional Liability Defense  including: Construction Litigation, Arbitration, and Mediation; Architect and Engineer Malpractice; Delay and Change Order Claims; and Directors and Officers Liability.  Mr. Mahar also has experience drafting contracts and other documents related to construction projects for design professionals and contractors.
